Getting Your Foot In The Door
Mission/Goal
To increase program awareness of the agency’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Reserve (SBR), Veterans-Owned Small Business Enterprise Program AND inform all companies who would like to do business with the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA).
This year’s theme-“Small Business Reserve (SBR)”
On January 6, 2021, Governor Hogan signed Executive Order 01.01.2021.01 to increase small business participation in state procurements. The Executive Order enhances the SBR Program by designating all procurements between $50,000 and $500,000 to the SBR Program, unless the procurement meets defined exemptions.
Program Dates:
We encourage Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) firms to participate!
