Welcome back to I-895!

The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) has replaced the I-895 bridge located north of the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel (BHT ). The project extended for three miles, starting on the south side of the BHT to the Boston/O'Donnell Street exit ramp (Exit 11). Work also included replacing the Holabird Avenue exit ramp (Exit 10) and rehabilitating the BHT.

All four lanes on the I-895 bridge and in the tunnel are now open. There will be off-peak lane closures as final work is completed.

Stay alert and slow down through work zones.

Full opening of I-895 ahead of schedule
