I-95 OVERPASS IN CECIL COUNTY FOR REPAIRS
WHAT: Red Toad Road in North East will be closed 24/7 between Goosemar Road and Bethel Church Road for repairs to the I-95 overpass.
Facility: (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel
During tunnel closures at the (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, drivers may experience 15-20 minute delays while two-way operations (during which one lane of southbound and northbound traffic is directed into the tunnel that remains open) are implemented. Closure times are dependent on traffic volumes.

OF RAMP FROM KEY HIGHWAY TO NORTHBOUND I-95 TONIGHT
WHAT: The ramp from Key Highway to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to McComas Street, to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue, to northbound I-95.

WHAT: The ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 (Exit 52) will be closed temporarily to traffic. The far right exit lane on southbound I-95 leading to Exit 52 will also be closed. The detour route will direct motorists to I-695 (Exit 49A), to southbound MD 295 (Exit 7A).
