Motorists Urged To Plan Ahead & Allow Additional Travel Time

During tunnel closures at the (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, drivers may experience 15-20 minute delays while two-way operations (during which one lane of southbound and northbound traffic is directed into the tunnel that remains open) are implemented. WORK TO RESULT IN OVERNIGHT CLOSURE OF

RAMP FROM I-395 TO NORTHBOUND I-95

WHAT: The ramp in Baltimore City from I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic during overnight hours. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.
