WHAT: The northbound I-95 ramp to Dundalk Avenue (Exit 58) will be closed overnight. The detour will direct motorists from northbound I-95 to Eastern Avenue (Exit 59), to Kane Street, to Dundalk Avenue.

During tunnel closures at the (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, drivers may experience 15-20 minute delays while two-way operations (during which one lane of southbound and northbound traffic is directed into the tunnel that remains open) are implemented. ROUTINE INSPECTIONS TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY I-95
RAMP CLOSURES IN BALTIMORE CITY
WHAT: The ramp from I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.
All work will be performed weather permitting. The MDTA urges motorists to drive with caution and obey all traffic-control devices and lane-control signals. Lane closures are subject to change and closure times are dependent on traffic volumes.
