WORK TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY

CLOSURES OF RAMPS IN BALTIMORE CITY

 

WHAT: The ramp from southbound I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.

The ramp from northbound I-95 to Washington Boulevard (Exit 51) will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour will direct motorists to Russell Street (Exit 52), to Annapolis Road, to Monroe Street, to Washington Boulevard.

The ramp from Russell Street to southbound I-395 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour will direct motorists to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, to Pratt Street, to Howard Street, to southbound I-395.

The ramp from Russell Street to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour will direct motorists to southbound I-395, to northbound I-95, to Hanover Street (Exit 54), to West Dickman Street, to Hanover Street, to southbound I-95, to I-395 (Exit 53), to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.

The ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 (Exit 52) will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour will direct motorists to I-695 East (Outer Loop), to southbound MD 295 (Exit 7A).

WHEN: Weather permitting, the ramp southbound I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed Thursday, Nov. 16, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. the following morning.

Weather permitting, the ramp from northbound I-95 to Washington Boulevard will be closed Saturday, Nov. 18, from 6 a.m. to 12 noon.

Weather permitting, the ramp from Russell Street to southbound I-395 will be closed Saturday, Nov. 18, from 7 to 11 a.m.

Weather permitting, the ramp from Russell Street to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard will be closed Sunday, Nov. 19, from 7 to 11 a.m.

Weather permitting, the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 will be closed Sunday, Nov. 19, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHY: The ramp from southbound I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed for pothole repairs. The ramp from northbound I-95 to Washington Boulevard will be closed for tree removal. Crews will be performing annual inspections to the Russell Street ramps. The ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 will be closed for Baltimore City Department of Transportation guardrail repairs.
