WORK TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY CLOSURES OF
I-95 RAMPS IN BALTIMORE CITY
WHAT: The ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 (Exit 52) will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to I-695 East (Outer Loop), to southbound MD 295 (Exit 7A).
The ramp from southbound I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.
The ramp from northbound I-95 to Hanover Street (Exit 54) will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to Key Highway (Exit 55), to eastbound McComas Street, to a u-turn onto westbound McComas Street, to Hanover Street.
WHEN: Weather permitting, the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 30, Wednesday, Jan. 31, and Thursday, Feb. 1, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.
Weather permitting, the ramp from southbound I-395 to northbound I-95 and ramp from northbound I-95 to Hanover Street will be closed Sunday, Feb. 4, from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.
WHY: Crews will be performing bridge repairs to the MD 295 ramp and routine inspections to the I-395 ramp and Hanover Street exit.
In addition, the previously scheduled ramp closure from southbound I-95 to northbound I-395 (Exit 53) will occur on Saturday, Feb. 3, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. The detour route will direct motorists to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95, to northbound I-395 (Exit 53).
