The Maryland Department of Information Technology (“DoIT”) offers translations of the content through Google Translate. Because Google Translate is an external website, DoIT does not control the quality or accuracy of translated content. All DoIT content is filtered through Google Translate which may result in unexpected and unpredictable degradation of portions of text, images and the general appearance on translated pages. Google Translate may maintain unique privacy and use policies. These policies are not controlled by DoIT and are not associated with DoIT’s privacy and use policies. After selecting a translation option, users will be notified that they are leaving DoIT’s website. WORK TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY OVERNIGHT CLOSURES OF RAMP FROM SOUTHBOUND I-95 TO MD 295 THIS WEEK

WHAT: The ramp from southbound I-95 to MD 295 (Exit 52) will be closed temporarily to traffic.

The detour route will direct motorists to I-395 (Exit 53), to Russell Street, to southbound MD 295. A secondary detour will be to I-695 (Exit 49A), to southbound MD 295 (Exit 7A) .

WHEN: Weather permitting, Friday, Aug. 7, from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following morning and Sunday, Aug. 9, through Wednesday, Aug. 12, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

WHY: Toll Dollars At Work: The ramp closures are part of the Maryland Transportation Authority's (MDTA) two-year, $64 million project to remove and replace the existing concrete deck (riding) surface and roadway joints on mainline I-95 and ramps in Baltimore City.
