WORK TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RAMP FROM NORTHBOUND RUSSELL STREET TO SOUTHBOUND I-395 THIS SATURDAY
WHAT: Weather permitting, the ramp in Baltimore City from northbound Russell Street to southbound I-395 will be temporarily closed.
Traffic will be detoured to Pratt Street, to Howard Street, to southbound I-395.
WHEN: Saturday, April 11, from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.
In the event of Baltimore Orioles opening game being postponed, work may also be performed on Monday, April 13.
WHY: Crews will be performing repair work.
