Motorists should use northbound I-95, to Hanover Street (Exit 54), to Potee Street, to Frankfurst Avenue. Note: No exit prior to I-895 Harbor Tunnel if entering northbound I-895 south of the tunnel during this time.
WHEN: Weather permitting, the ramps will be closed from:
- Friday, April 25, at 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Monday, April 28;
- Friday, May 2, at 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Monday, May 5; and

In the event of inclement weather or other variables, work also may be performed Friday, May 16, at 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Monday, May 19.
WHY: Toll Dollars At Work: The closures are part of the Maryland Transportation Authority’s (MDTA) I-895 at Frankfurst Avenue Interchange Improvements Project. The first stage includes the construction of new toll gantries on the Childs Street ramps and on the I-895 mainline, just north of the tunnel. Construction is ongoing and the anticipated completion date of this stage is summer of 2025. Learn more at https://mdta.maryland.gov/I895TollPlaza.
