Work to Result in Temporary Closures of Ramp from
Northbound MD 295 to Northbound I-95 in Baltimore City
Weather permitting, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will temporarily close the ramp from northbound MD 295 (Russell Street) to northbound I-95 on Thursday, September 30, from 10 PM to 5 AM the following morning and from Friday, October 1, at 10 PM to 5 AM Monday, October 4. This closure will also be in effect on Thursday, October 7, from 10 PM to 5 AM the following morning and from Friday, October 8, at 10 PM to 5 AM Monday, October 11.
The detour will direct motorists to Russell Street, to southbound I-395, to northbound I-95.
Toll Dollars At Work: Closures are part of the MDTA’s deck rehabilitation and joint modifications project on eight bridges located on I-95 in Baltimore City.
