ORIGINAL TRAFFIC PATTERN RETURNS TO

INNER LOOP I-695 IN SOUTHEAST BALTIMORE

WHAT: All lanes on the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) from the Francis Scott Key Bridge to Exit 1 (Quarantine Road) will return to the original traffic configuration.  No split traffic or traffic shifts in effect.

WHEN: Weather permitting, all lanes on the Inner Loop will return to the original traffic configuration by Thursday morning, Dec. 17.

WHY: Toll Dollars At Work: The traffic shift is part of the Maryland Transportation Authority's (MDTA) $5.5 million bridge deck overlay and repair project for the bridges carrying I-695 over Dock Road and CSX Railroad in Baltimore.  The project is anticipated to be complete in fall 2016.
