The westbound span may be closed Monday and Thursday from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following morning for preservation/maintenance work. Two-way traffic will operate on the eastbound span during the full westbound span closures.

Overnight/off-peak work on the westbound span will include deck/joint repairs and replacements that will result in periods of steel plates placed in the center and left lanes.

9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for preservation/maintenance work. Two-way traffic will operate on the westbound span.
Note: Full-time all-electronic (cashless) tolling in effect. Tolls collected via gantry on Kent Island side. Three lanes merge down to two on eastbound US 50 at Oceanic Drive (Exit 32). Left lane will open to traffic when two-way is in effect on westbound bridge. Motorists should obey all signs and speed limits, as the approach to the bridge is an active work zone.
