TRAINING EXERCISE TO BE HELD

ON BAY BRIDGE NEXT WEEK

 

WHAT: An emergency response training exercise will be held on the William Preston Lane Jr. Memorial (Bay) Bridge (US 50/301) in the left lane of the westbound span (this lane was already on the lane-closure schedule for this week).

Motorists will see emergency equipment on the bridge with lights engaged. Please use caution when traveling the westbound span.

WHEN: Weather permitting, Monday, May 8, through Thursday, May 11, from approximately 9 a.m. - 12 noon.

WHY: Emergency response personnel will be conducting a training exercise.
