NEW DRIVEEZMD CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER

NOW OPEN AT ELKTON MVA BRANCH

Keep Maryland Moving

BALTIMORE, MD – In an effort to enhance customer service capabilities, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) and the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) are announcing the grand opening of the new DriveEzMD Customer Service Center at the Elkton MVA Branch – located at 105 Chesapeake Boulevard, Suite A, Elkton, MD.

There has never been an easier time for Marylanders to use E-ZPass for a faster and more cost-effective commute to work and the beach with this newest addition to the lineup of DriveEzMD customer service centers. The center will provide more convenient access to in-person services for the northeastern region of Maryland.

The MDTA strives to have its Customer Service Centers be a one stop shop for our tolling customers. At the Elkton MVA Branch, customers can sign up for E-ZPass Maryland, update their account, pay Video Tolls and have face-to-face interaction with a customer service representative.

In addition to the new center in Elkton, the MDTA will continue to serve customers at the Bel Air, Gaithersburg, Beltsville, Glen Burnie, Essex, Annapolis, and Waldorf MVA branches, as well as at our toll facility locations.

Customers are reminded that service centers at MDOT MVA branches require an appointment, which can be made by visiting
driveezmd.com/contact-us/ or by calling 1-888-321-6824.

Drivers can also visit driveezmd.com or download the DriveEzMD Mobile App to sign up for a new account, update their E-ZPass and Pay-By-Plate accounts, pay Video Tolls and more.

E-ZPass remains the most cost-effective way to travel toll roads in Maryland and can save customers up to 77% compared to Video Tolls.

There has never been a better time to save on tolls with E-ZPass Maryland than now!
