Facility: (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel
During tunnel closures at the (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, drivers may experience 15-20 minute delays while two-way operations (during which one lane of southbound and northbound traffic is directed into the tunnel that remains open) are implemented. Closure times are dependent on traffic volumes.

ROUTINE INSPECTIONS TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RAMP FROM O'DONNELL STREET TO SOUTHBOUND I-895 THIS SATURDAY
WHAT: The ramp from O'Donnell Street to southbound I-895 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to Newkirk Street, to Boston Street, to Ponca Street, to southbound I-895.
WHEN: Weather permitting, Saturday, April 9, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHAT: The right lane on southbound I-895 will be closed continuously between Exit 7 (MD 2/Potee Street) and Exit 4 (MD 295).

Thanks to all my commuters for your patience when my northbound tube was closed for part of the day Wednesday.
You may notice that I'm not quite looking myself! Rest assured, the missing tiles and exposed concrete in my northbound tube are just my surface beauty. This is only cosmetic, and taking a trip through me is as safe as ever.
