MDTA POLICE INVESTIGATING FATAL CRASH ON I-95 IN BALTIMORE CITY
Witnesses Asked to Call 410-537-1209
BALTIMORE, Md. (October 13, 2024) – The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police Collison Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal crash that occurred early today in Baltimore City. At 3:13 a.m., MDTA Police Officers assigned to the Central Command Detachment responded to the southbound lanes of I-95 near Keith Avenue (Exit 56).
Responding officers located a silver Honda Accord Crosstour and a white Mack tractor trailer which had been involved in a crash. The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Mack was not injured.
This is an open and ongoing investigation. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the MDTA Police at 410-537-1209.
