WORK TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY OVERNIGHT

RAMP CLOSURES IN BALTIMORE CITY

 

WHAT: The ramp from southbound Russell Street to southbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound MD 295, to I-695 North (Inner Loop), to southbound I-95.

The ramp from northbound I-395 to Howard Street will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, to West Pratt Street, to Howard Street.

WHEN: Weather permitting, the ramp from southbound Russell Street to southbound I-95 closure will occur Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

Weather permitting, the ramp from northbound I-395 to Howard Street closure will occur Friday, Nov. 10, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.

WHY: Crews will be performing pothole repairs to the ramp from southbound Russell Street to southbound I-95. Crews will be performing paving operations to the ramp from northbound I-395 to Howard Street.
