FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Feb. 12, 2015 Contact: John Sales 410-537-1017 RIGHT LANE ON SOUTHBOUND I-895 OVER HERBERT RUN CONTINUOUSLY CLOSED FOR TWO MONTHS Minimal Impacts To Traffic Are Expected WHAT: The right lane on the southbound I-895 bridge over Herbert Run between mile markers 2.4 and 2.1 in Baltimore County will be continuously closed (24/7). The Herbert Run bridge is located on I-895 between Exit 3 (I-695) and Exit 1 (US 1). Minimal impacts to traffic are expected. Pay attention to overhead and portable electronic signs. WHEN: Weather permitting, the right lane will close Monday, Feb. 16, at 9 a.m. for approximately two months. WHY: Repairs to the slope adjacent to the bridge.
