* Commuter discount plans are available for customers with valid E-ZPass Maryland accounts driving two-axle vehicles. The Baltimore Regional Plan is $70.00 and offers 50 trips. The plan ends after 45 days or when all of the trips are used, whichever comes first.

Starting October 2019 toll booths will no longer be staffed, and turnaround tickets will not be handed out at the I-695/Broening Highway turnaround.
- If you have a valid E-ZPass Maryland and complete the turnaround within 10 minutes, you will be charged a discounted rate.
- If you have a valid E-ZPass Maryland and do not complete the turnaround within 10 minutes, you will be charged the standard E-ZPass Toll Rate.*
- If you have a valid E-ZPass from another state, you are not eligible for the turnaround discount. You will be charged the standard E-ZPass Toll Rate.*
- If you don’t have a valid E-ZPass and complete the turnaround, you will be charged the Video Toll Rate.*
*Rates listed in charts below reflect total charge after completing the turnaround.
