BALTIMORE, MD - On Wednesday, Feb. 21, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police arrested a Baltimore man after a probable cause search led officers to find approximately 70 capsules of suspected heroin and a loaded handgun.
An MDTA Police officer stopped the driver, 25-year-old Kyle Andre Robinson, and passenger, 28-year-old Jason Deamonta Aydlett, both from Baltimore, on O'Donnell Street and Interstate 95 for equipment violation, crossing a double yellow lane line and making an illegal U-turn.
