NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN FOR SOUTHBOUND I-95 MOTORISTS TO WHITE MARSH TOWN CENTER

WHAT: A new ramp movement and traffic signal will open for southbound I-95 motorists using Exit 67 (MD 43/White Marsh Boulevard) to access Honeygo Boulevard. To get to Honeygo Boulevard, southbound I-95 traffic should use Exit 67 and MUST keep left at the split (follow signs to White Marsh Town Center). There will be a new left turn only lane and signal at the end of the ramp. Drivers will turn left onto westbound MD 43, directly into a left turn only lane for southbound Honeygo Boulevard.

Note: Two left turn lanes for westbound MD 43 traffic to access Honeygo Boulevard will now be separated by a barrier. Southbound I-95 traffic that keeps right at the split on Exit 67 will NOT be able to access the left turn lanes onto Honeygo Boulevard.

WHEN: Weather permitting, the new traffic signal and configuration will be in effect Friday, May 8.

WHY: Toll Dollars At Work: The work is part of the reconstruction of the I-95/MD 43 interchange for the Maryland Transportation Authoritys (MDTA) I-95 Improvements with Express Toll Lanes (ETL) Project. The I-95 ETL are now open but there is still ongoing related construction along MD 43 and Campbell Boulevard.
