In-person services will be temporarily suspended at all E-ZPass MD Service Centers for two weeks beginning Monday, 12/21/20. Service Center in-person operations will resume with limited capacity on Monday, 1/4/21 at 8:30am.

Customers may still update accounts, sign-up for E-ZPass or pay Notices of Toll Due 24/7 from the comfort & safety of home at ezpassmd.com. During this time, representatives are also still available at 1-888-321-6824 Monday – Friday 7am-6pm, and the Interactive Voice Response is open 24/7. We will contact and reschedule customers who have appointments. Thank you for your cooperation!

Home for the Holidays: To slow the spread of COVID-19 during the holiday season, the State of Maryland is temporarily suspending all in-person, customer-facing operations at state facilities for 2 weeks beginning Monday 12/21/20. Governor Hogan’s order here: https://go.usa.gov/xAgJ2
