WHAT: The ramp from southbound Caton Avenue to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. The detour route will direct motorists to Bloede Avenue, to Bloomfield Avenue, to Joh Avenue, to northbound Caton Avenue, to northbound I-95.

During tunnel closures at the (I-895) Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, drivers may experience 15-20 minute delays while two-way operations (during which one lane of southbound and northbound traffic is directed into the tunnel that remains open) are implemented.
