I-95 Express Toll Lanes
New Lower E-ZPass Maryland Toll Rates Effective July 1, 2015
Toll Rate Schedule
Using the new I-95 Express Toll Lanes is easy. Tolls are collected automatically using E-ZPass and Video Tolling without any need to stop or slow down. Toll rates vary based on Peak, Off-Peak or Overnight hours and the direction of travel. Motorists traveling without a valid E-ZPass will be charged the higher Video Toll Rate, which is one and a half times the E-ZPass rate, with a minimum of $1 / maximum of $15 above the E-ZPass rates. In this case the registered owner of the traveling vehicle will be mailed a Notice of Toll Due.

2. Video Toll:
The registered owner of the traveling vehicle is mailed a Notice of Toll Due (NOTD). The NOTD should arrive within three to six weeks of the transaction.
